Project developed for a family of 4 people on a plot of approximately 400 m2. A simple and minimalist volume, entirely designed in exposed concrete.

Taking advantage of the slope of the land, the house is entirely on the first floor, leaving only the access and the garage on the ground floor.

​

At the house level (+3.00 from the street) we also have the garden, the relaxation area and the swimming pool, all outdoor environments that interact with the internal living spaces, leaving the more private environments (bedrooms) more preserved.

​

The opening of the facade towards the front, as well as the complete closure of the lot at street level, allows the minimalist forms of the residence to be simplified and highlighted.
