Casa Jovelina
The Casa Jovelina project represents a synthesis of the traditional ore house, drawing upon its fundamental elements: a small garden, an access staircase, a covered veranda with a view, and a gabled roof.
Founded on the principles of craftsmanship, as understood by the ancients, for whom art and craft were one, the "Tecné" (a term referring to a specific type of craftsmanship), its development is guided by a logic of economy and respect for time and materials.
The result is a simple, contemporary house where each element is developed according to its final purpose as well as its ergonomic and aesthetic characteristics, each one an expression of the craft of an artisan, whether blacksmith, cabinetmaker, or glassmaker.
And this deliberate focus on mastering local professional excellence ultimately makes it a model of modern ecology.
